AN IMPORTANT UPDATE FROM DOTTYLINES

Hello everyone,

So the news seemed very positive last night in terms of re-openings, and we have 12th April to plan towards. Booking a hair appointment has become comparable to playing roulette. When you have a lockdown you never know where the date will fall for reopening and hold your breath it lands on yours or close to yours.🤞

However, apologies but we are currently not taking bookings until nearer the time when we have more certainty. The reason is because if that date gets moved on we have some very unhappy clients who thought that they were in week 1 and then get pushed back to week 6 because that then becomes the soonest date available.

We know that you are dying to get reassurance that your appointment has been booked but we don’t want to book you in only to have to cancel you again and then you have to wait longer because the ball fell in the wrong place. As usual we will be calling pre-booked guests in order of cancellation and then guests who hadn’t pre booked but are on our waitlist. Please get in touch to get on the list and mark your place if you haven’t already done so. You can do this by calling 01772 725712 and leave a message, or through Facebook and email shop@dottylines.com. We will be assessing the situation on Monday 22nd March and will hopefully start calling guests when we can be certain of our return.

ROLL ON 2021

We would like to start by saying thank you to all our guests for your support through this unprecedented year, it means a lot to us. At this time when we are paused once again we know that it is for good reason and for the greater good. Whilst we are in a position to look after ourselves, we also think of others who are still looking after us and who have worked tirelessly throughout this year. Therefore we would like to express our heartfelt thanks to all the NHS and key workers and we are especially thinking of our guests who are in these roles. You probably don’t receive the recognition and applause that you deserve so here at dottylines from our hearts we would like to offer out gratitude and say a huge thank you 👏👏👏.

TIER 4, PAUSE 3

It is with great regret yet expected that we have had to enter our third temporary closure. Because we do not have a date for our return we are not currently in a position to rearrange or take any new bookings. However as soon as we are made aware of when we will be able to open we will contact scheduled guests in order of bookings to rearrange. Any pre booked appointments for mid to late January and February are still valid providing we are in a position to open.

AN IMPORTANT UPDATE FROM DOTTYLINES

Sincere apologies but we regret that this is the first time that we will not be able to run our January colour sale. The reason for this is that we have been closed for nearly 40% of this year and we are not in a position to be able to offer this in January 2021.

However, we are grateful that we have the opportunity to return for December and it really is beginning to feel a lot like Xmas, albeit quite different.

THE DOORS ARE SHUT ONCE AGAIN

As government advice and restrictions change once more, we have had to close our doors once again as of today, the 5th November and will hope to re-open on Thursday 3rd December. If we have not already been in contact, we will be in touch to re-arrange any affected pre booked appointments.
