Here at dottylines our large, spacious and safe salon has been adapted to ensure that both you and our team are safe. There are some new measures that we have introduced in the salon but what still remains, is our passion and commitment to beautiful hairdressing and fabulous service which is at the core of what we're about. So if you haven't yet revisited us since July please give us a call.
#DOITRIGHT is the campaign being led by the National Hairdressing and Beauty Federation which dottylines is fully behind as your safety is our priority and it is now compulsory for all hairdressers and barbers to wear both a mask and visor, whilst guests need to wear a mask during their visit. Therefore, if your stylist isn't complying they risk not only the health of themselves and their guests but also contribute to risk of hair salons being closed down once again. So now is not the time for complacency and it's about doing it right, so rest assured the team at dottylines will always endeavour to do their best.
THINGS TO REMEMBER
We trust you, however we are asking if you are showing symptoms or suspect that you may have been in contact with an infected person that you reschedule your appointment to a later date
We have to limit the amount of people we have in the salon at any one time to a minimum which is why we ask if possible to visit us on your own
If you are bringing children for their appointment they must be supervised at all times and maintain social distancing
Please remember wearing a face covering is mandatory as well as a mask and visor for all staff as per guidelines
We ask you turn up 5 minutes before your appointment so we are able to start your service on time, although we do apologise if we are running late
A safe charge of £2 will be applied to all visits to ensure the salon can receive the same standard of care and consideration that you deserve
GUEST JOURNEY
Here's what your next appointment might look like:
As you come through our main entrance into the lobby you will see our doors will be open to welcome you back and it is at this point we will ask you to wear a face covering for your visit. This is mandatory but if you have forgotten your mask we have them available for you in salon and you will notice all staff will be wearing masks and visors as per guidelines
Follow the floor markings by keeping to your left
Please sanitise your hands before entering the salon at the dispenser to the left of the door
If you could now wait at this point for a team member to greet you
You will then be shown to a styling station which will be your seat for the whole visit apart from your cleanse and condition
All stations are disinfected before your arrival and you will find sanitiser and tissues for your use
You will see we have taken every other chair away to ensure a 2 metre social distancing
Your stylist will carry out a full consultation to determine your hair needs as normal
After this you will be shown to the shampoo zone where we will use a freshly laundered gown and towels
Upon returning to your chair your service will take place including a blow dry
If you require the toilet whilst in the salon we ask you to follow the floor markings and be mindful of another guest who maybe returning to their seat
Following your visit your station will be fully sanitised for the next guest
We ask where possible that card payments are preferred and the card terminal will be sanitised after each transaction
All we wish to do is to reassure all our guests that you and our teams’ well-being is always our top priority and as always we will be keeping the salon squeaky clean and ensuring that all government guidelines are followed.
